我们正在团购空调 (American Standard A/C)，热水器 (Rinnai Water Heater)，屋顶加棉 (Attic Insulation)，及其安装服务。

Notes：

• Price only for Standard jobsite replacement (not include crawlspace, attic space, etc.)
• New Install may have extra cost.
• Contract required with 10% deposit.
• Installation must within 90 days (starting from the date sign contract)

                             4T, $3047+TAX

Optional Upgrade: 5yr labor $250+tax; 10yr labor 400+tax
What price included: new equipment install and old equipment remove. Disconnect Box, Winter Cover, Concrete Pad or Bracket

2) 热水器：Rinnai Tankless Water Heater and Installation (Warranty: 15-year heat exchanger, 5-year parts, 2-year labor):

                 Rinnai 160 3499+tax
                 Rinnai 180 3699+tax
                 Rinnai 199 3899+tax

Optional Upgrade: 10 yr. labor $350+tax
Special Notice: If you upgrade from Storage Tank to Tankless and the Gas line does not meet the requirement, it will be required to upgrade by building code. Gas line $40/ft.

3) 屋顶加棉：Attic Insulation (Warranty: 1-year):

If existing R-value more than R30:
                attic under 600 sqft, 1050+tax
                attic 600-1000 sqft, 1150+tax
                attic 1000-1400 sqft, 1250+tax
                attic over 1400, asking for price
Enbridge Rebate: $1450
