In order to purchase a lot this Saturday, please send an email to sls_connectionskanata@mattamycorp.com and be sure to include the following information for each buyer:
1. Photo or scan of government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
2. Contact Info (phone numbers, mailing addresses and emails)
3. Employment Info (job title and employer)
4. Preferred Lot, Model and Elevation – Top 3 Choices Recommended
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
1. Lots will be sold on a first come, first served basis by email only.
2. Emails must be sent as of 10am Saturday morning. Any emails sent prior to Saturday, April 24th at 10am will not be considered.
3. Please be sure to include all the information listed above for all buyers that will be on the purchase agreement.
4. A Sales Representative will be in touch by phone or email if you successfully secure a lot.
