The City is looking for your feedback on the Concept Plan for a new park development project to be called Celestial Park in Ward 3, Barrhaven. The 0.90 hectare park will be located at 140 Celestial Grove.

The proposed design includes: - Play equipment intended for ages 18 months through 12 years old
- Swings
- Sand play area
- A sports court facility (sports to be determined)
- Picnic tables with shade umbrellas
- Park pathways
- Grassed free-play areas
- Tree plantings
